Greetings to YOU! Who am I? Why should you hire me to help you accomplish your home purchase or home selling goals? I am a native Charlottean with over 15 years of experience in all aspects of residential real estate!  I am a graduate of Howard University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. Real estate is my passion! Nothing brings me more joy than to be a proactive and positive part of one of the largest financial transactions and often a life changing experience in the lives of my clients! Represent the interest of Buyers and Sellers in the successful negotiation of real estate contracts. Work with a diverse group of professionals and paraprofessionals on the periphery of home-buying and home-selling transactions, engaging multiple disciplines simultaneously to successfully bring real estate transactions to fruition. (i.e. – Attorneys, Mortgage Loan Officers, NC and Local DPA Representatives, Processors, Appraisers, Underwriters, Inspectors, Contractors, Brokers representing the interest of the opposite party, etc.)

Manage contractual timelines and due diligence processes.  Negotiate contract prices, contract terms, due diligence fees, repair & maintenance request and completion dates.  Work closely with mortgage lending community, contractors and other third parties to ensure that all parties involved  are “rowing in the same direction” and on a timely basis. Provide market knowledge and analysis, tailored specifically to the needs of clients, as well as buy/sell projections and estimated net proceeds calculations.

Educate and advise Buyers and Sellers on a plethora of matters, including but not limited to the NC Real Estate Commission’s sanctioned rules and contracts: (i.e. -  Offer to Purchase and Contract, Agency Agreements, Due Diligence Repairs and Agreement, Disclosures, Addenda, etc.);  as well as various processes, procedures and matters of compliance.

Provide EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE and forge ongoing, lifelong relationships with my clients.   Clients can always expect that I will….. “Go the Extra Mile on their behalf!
